Originally from California, Anthony owned and managed several successful brokerages including NextHome CenCal, Realty World – Fraser & Associates, and Bulldog Properties, Inc. before relocating to Ohio in 2020 with his wife and business partner, Laura Fraser. Together, they founded KMLK Realty and Property Management in 2023 to bring a client-focused, full-service brokerage model to the growing Northeast Ohio real estate market.?
In addition to his real estate career, Anthony is a licensed Physician Assistant in California and Ohio, with extensive experience in emergency medicine and allergy care—skills that have strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, maintain integrity under pressure, and provide trusted, solutions-driven service to clients.?
When not managing real estate transactions or investment portfolios, Anthony enjoys working outdoors on his property in Medina County, walking his German Shepherd, and spending quality time with his family.
